- Yes you can also place order over the phone.
- We normally request customers to use recycling bag but if you don’t have then please ask driver.
- Yes you can change your order once you have booked online but you can only do these 3 hours before collection.
- Yes you can do changes as we will check every order we receive and will make a note of extra items received or vice versa.
- You can pay online in advance when placing an order online. You can also pay cash to driver upon delivery. You can also pay by card to driver via PDQ machine.
- Our normal turnaround is 48 hours. For example items collected on Monday evening will be delivered on Wednesday evening But we also provide same day and next day service in selective postcode at additional charges.
- We follow cleaning instruction tag on the garments to clean them.
- We try to clean almost every type of item unless there is clear risk of damage. There are some special items like suede, leather items, fur items, wedding dresses etc these items need special cleaning and might take more time and will also have more cost.
- Yes we try to clean all stains but it is not guaranteed that every stain will come out because some garments are very delicate and trying too hard on them might result in damage of fabric.
- Yes we do provide expert repair and alteration services. Turnaround of same day and next day service might not be possible on certain repair and alteration items so please call us for more information.
- Yes you can do this if you think it is safe to do that and also let us know. But in any case we don’t take any responsibility of lost items if you leave them outside.
- If you are giving items for dry cleaning or shirt service then you don’t need to separate them, But if you need a service wash and fold service then please separate dark and light garments as we will only wash and fold them.
- Yes we provide iron only service but it is excluding shirts. Shirts are not included as we press them from wet so we have to rinse them anyway.
- Yes once your order is collected you will get email confirmation of collection successful.
- You will get collection unsuccessful email, now you can login again or call us and re arrange collection and delivery slot.
- You will get delivery unsuccessful email with next delivery option that will be re - arranged automatically by the system. If you are not available on given delivery slot then please login into your account and reschedule delivery date that suits you.
- Yes you can call customer service and cancel your order at least 3 hours before collection time.

NOTE:
Missing and damaged items must be reported in 48 hours.
Garments that still have remaining stains must be reported within week of delivery.
- Men shirts are cheaper because they are ironed on shirt plant so they are ready from wet in less than 40 seconds where as ladies shirts are ironed with hand and take extra time.
- In dry cleaning fuzz or bubbles normally does not come out so we need to do hand finish in order to remove fuzz/bubbles from them that is more timing taking job so hence more charges. Mostly items that need hand finish are woolen coats and knitwear’s.
